Okay, so maybe that's not as bad as it sounds, right? Maybe the toddler is dressed up as Julia Roberts when Richard Gere is dressing her up to be a lady, right? Not quite. The mother of young Paisley thought it would be a good idea to dress her child up as the prostitute version with knee-high leather boots, wig and a mini-skirt.
