This video shows how to use your jailbroken iphone as a bluetooth hotspot, so if you're in remote areas with no Wi-fi access you can use your Asus Transformer as a 3G device, connected to the iPhone via Bluetooth. You won't be able to do that if you don't have a jailbroken iPhone. You might be able if you have a internet tethering plan with your service provider, but that will cost you monthly fees.
