Well, I have a tendonitis to my left hand so I'm not supposed to play guitar for a little while, so I thought I could still post something with vocals only :) I'm sure you won't miss my poor guitar skills anyway :P This song is from the "O'Brother, Where Art Thou?" movie soundtrack. It's originally sung by Emmylou Harris, Alison Krauss and Gillian Welch. I recorded myself 3 times with GarageBand and then I struggled to put a video together with iMovie. Too bad you can't hear the stereo pan on YouTube tho :( Yes it's the same cheesy picture all along, but I didn't know what to put to match the song... Sorry. Well, enough said ; I hope you like it!

chords : Am, Em hey there lovely people! how are you?? i'm just recording a quick one between my psycholinguistics final/exam and my long awaited power nap. cause i love this song, it's so 'rrrr'... sorry for the weird voice moments and irregular strumming, i slept about 4 hours in 3 days so i'm a bit tired :P sorry too for i know the voice is totally not loud enough compared to the guitar :S and another 'sorry' for not being on youtube too much lately, i've been struggling with my thesis and now it's the finals/exams... can't wait 'til it's over!! well... i first heard justin steere here on youtube (bunetaybaz is his user name), and it was a "love at first listen". all his acoustic songs (covers and originals) are amazing, they're all simply beautiful. i tried to figure this one from listening to the mp3, and i'm having quite a hard time with the strumming ; so i know it's not even a 10th as good as the original, but... there you go ^^ and i tried to add the harmony part afterwards, so i know it sounds weird... i hope it doesn't suck too much :S

This is the only Death Cab for Cutie song I like. I recorded it with garageband. I tried to sync a video to it but failed miserably so I just took stills from the video I tried to make. Forgive my video skills, for they are rubbish. I'm only slightly better at playing guitar.
