This is the original video clip of 'Intimacy,' from The Terminator score and film, produced by Dolceamore Music, and directed, shot and edited by Chris Lofven and Chris Worrell in 1984. December 18th 2010, we decided to film our chest workout and a little post workout meal at the diner . Typically I start my workouts pretty intense and heavy with traditional lifting. I will usually start with some sort of press, either bench or dumbbells to really get the blood moving at the beginning of my workout. After getting through my different presses, I will switch over to using the isolator to really focus and isolate my chest. I like using the isolator with most of my flys because I have better ROM and can really focus on squeezing at the top to get that nice separation. The ANIMAL crew had a benching contest at the 2010 Olympia. Guys were to bench their body weight and Girls had to bench HALF their body weight for a total of reps. So I went over to sign up, but there was NO WAY I was only doing half my body weight! That would be 7.5 lbs on each side...Really? I would be there ALL day and I had to be back at the Isolator booth!! So I did 100% body weight for a mediocre 25 reps. Not too happy with my amount of reps. 25 is a little weak! Demoing at the isolator booth all day kicked my ass, but I figured I would throw it up anyway. I don't think any other girl's did full body weight, so that's a no contest, and I'm pretty sure I beat most of the guys

Believe it or not this is actually one of my favorite gyms that I belonged to. This is one of those gyms that only serious people that like to lift go to this gym. It's old, dirty, and rugged! In the summer it's hot and in the winter it's freezing. It doesn't matter what it looks like, because you're there to do work!
