On my way home from Flagstaff, southbound, I drove on the bypass from I-17 (Arizona State Highway 89-A) into the town of Sedona. I saw many magnificent views of the mountains and the spectacular, breathtaking red rocks.

I made some chili con carne with the ingredients available here in eastern Ukraine. Since making chili is pretty basic, it's easier to find these ingredients than tacos (from another previous video I made just a couple of days ago). Making chili con carne itself is very easy, but making a pretty damn good one is much more difficult! Also, I realize that "real" chili con carne does not (or is not supposed to) have beans, but I still use them anyway, both as a filler but also for flavor and my personal style. Priyatna Apetita!

The best Sonoran hot dogs I've ever had are down in the city of Tucson, at the small taco/hot dog stands there, as well as in Agua Priete in Sonora, just across the border. However, I wanted to see if there is anything that compares up here in the Phoenix area. Overall, it was OK, but they are still better down in Sonora and in Tucson. This was at Moreno's in Chandler, Arizona.

These are some of the best tacos in town. You can get them with traditional soft corn tortillas or of course the Americanized hard shell. They have a variety of tacos to include puerco (shredded pork), carne asada (grilled steak), lengua (beef tongue), cabeza (cow's head), pollo (chicken), and even my favorite, tripas (tripe), which from what I understand, this is the only place in town that serves this. They are located at: 19171 N. John Wayne Pkwy (aka AZ State Highway 347) Maricopa, AZ 85239 I highly recommend this place if you're ever in town, or you're traveling somehow between Interstate-10 and Interstate-8, which actually, it's right in between the two freeways. RIght down the road is the Harrah's Ak-Chin Casino Hotel.

Actually the taco shells and seasonings came from Holland (on top of which were probably imported from Texas or something), since it's pretty difficult to find Mexican food ingredients here in Ukraine. Other than that you can find the other basic ingredients you need here such as ground meat, fresh vegetables, etc.

This was my trip to Flagstaff, doing some hiking and jogging in the mountains. Eating "Testi Kebab" in Sultanahmet. It was good, though it actually wasn't as authentic as I've had it in the past since this area is indeed a tourist trap. But we still had a nice dinner and the waiters were friendly.

Swimming in the Atlantic Ocean at Playa del Ingles, in Gran Canaria, as well as the very nice swimming pool at the Hotel Buenaventura. I was testing out my new Fuji waterproof camera, playing around with it and it seems to work well.
