The Chinese govt have been advising the people of China to buy gold, even going so far as to produce television programmes explaining the benefits and logistics of doing so. As we know from experience, the ability to print paper, and credit, money by fiat is a privilege held dear by governments - not something they wish, or can generally afford, to let go of. The Chinese govt are not, generally, renowned for kindness to their population so there MUST be a payoff perceived by China for the future. I wonder if the Chinese govt are going to, at some point, allow minting of gold into high-value coins denominated in their currency. There is a precedent in coins sasuch as the Panda Gold Coin. This one, from 1982 I think, has a face value of 500 yuan, which is around $73. A person who bought it at face value, when 1 oz of gold was only around 500 yuan, still has the nominal 500 yuan secured in the coin's legal tender... but the 1 oz of gold is now worth close to 8000 yuan! Heads you hold your nominal value... tails you make a packet if gold goes up. Anyway, a massive conversion of citizen's gold to legal tender would create a solid pm-backing for their currency financed by the savings of the population. It might also give them a real shot at taking the prize of reserve currency status from the dollar as it would increase the money supply - the liquidity available to handle demand for <b>...</b>

I've been hitting the gym for about 2 hours a day, 5 days a week for the past 11 weeks for this Gold's Gym Challenge. I've changed the way I eat, changed the way I sleep and changed the way I do just about everything in my daily life to give myself the best results. ABOUT THE WRESTLING EVENT I WENT TO: So as many of you know, I'll be training at Knox Pro Academy of wrestling to become a pro wrestler with Jr Fatu (aka Rikishi), Black Pearl and Gangrel as my coaches along with a few other special guest coaches along the way. Territory League is their NBA or NFL of wrestling where the best wrestlers from all different cities team up to come battle it out in a battle royal type match with new rules. To make a long story short, the last person in the ring who was not pinned or thrown over the top rope wins. UPDATE MAY 9th: I'm assuming I didn't win since judging happened on May 4th and they're only contacting the winners (as they say on their website). At least I look good right. :) For 12 weeks, I've been vlogging my transformation every day to show you my ups and down, pains and gains, failures and triumphs but it all comes down to this vlog. This is the last vlog of my Gold's Gym Challenge. I started this challenge only 2 weeks after joining Gold's Gym. Through this, I've learned how to maintain a good diet. I learned how to cook and because of this, I learned how to save about 40% of my monthly food bill! I learned that the problems I had in my back before were caused by a lack of muscle to support my spine. Because I look better, I've been getting more opportunities for acting gigs. Most importantly, getting in shape has given me more confidence and the ability to focus more on the things that make me happy. As if I have a heightened sense of positivity. I hope all of you at some point in your lives feel the way I do now and you can do this by setting goals in your life and challenging yourself to meet them. The reward you get from your own self respect is worth more than any prize money or physical object you'll ever posses. Who you are today should be your number one opponent tomorrow.
