[This review was recorded with the HTC Evo 3D] I couldn't find any blender comparisons comparing these three models of blenders, so I bought all three and compared them myself. This is a REAL WORLD comparison. None of these companies sponsored me, I used my own money to buy these blenders, so there's NO BIAS. I also DO NOT SELL any of these blenders. I didn't want to do a comparison of BlendTec vs VItamix because everyone has done those and this guy has done the best test between the two: www.youtube.com His conclusion is that they are both pretty much equal. I wanted to compare standard blenders vs high end blenders. I wanted to find out if we really do get more for our money! The BlendTec is from Costco and goes for $440. It uses metal couplings for both the base and the jar. It uses a 2 blade design that's dull on one side and slightly sharp on the other. Its sharpness is somewhere between a paring knife and a butter knife. It uses a polycarbonate jar, the same jar used at Jamba Juice and Starbuck's. Starbuck's uses this same model. The jar and blade assembly is a sealed design that cannot be taken apart for cleaning. So, you just use warm water and a drop of dishwasher soap for cleaning. The KitchenAid is from Amazon and goes for $150. It uses a plastic coupling for the base and a metal coupling for the jar. It uses a 4 blade design which is dull on both sides, which makes it very safe for cleaning. It uses a glass jar that can be taken apart for cleaning. It uses 2 o <b>...</b>

The WildSide pitcher forms a nice soft dough ball ready to rise and bake. WildSide Pitcher 1¼ C warm water 1 Tbsp dry active yeast 2 Tbsp honey 1 tsp kosher salt 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice 1½ Tbsp oil 3 Tbsp vital wheat gluten 3 C whole wheat flour, divided ** Add water, yeast and honey to pitcher and secure lid. Press "Pulse" 2 times. Allow the yeast to proof for 5-10 minutes. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Add kosher salt, lemon juice, oil and gluten to pitcher and secure lid. Press "Pulse" 2 times. Add ⅓ of flour to pitcher and secure lid. Press "Pulse" 1 time. Add another ⅓ of flour and secure lid. Press "Pulse" 3-5 times. Add the last ⅓ of flour and secure lid. Press "Pulse" 8-10 times until all flour is incorporated and dough ball forms. Allow dough to rest in pitcher for 10-15 minutes. Dump dough ball onto oiled surface and shape loaf. Place shaped loaf seam side down into 9"x5" greased, loaf pan. Cover loaf pan and allow dough to rise for 20 minutes in a warm place or until dough has topped the pan by approximately one inch. Bake for approximately 22-25 minutes or until done. Remove bread from pan and allow it to cool on a wire rack before slicing. **If you have wheat berries on hand, blend 2-½ cup wheat kernels on speed 9 for full cycle.
