Almost 100 years old, Lester Hayes was a pioneer of Abstract Photography. He took photographs of ordinary things, using a sheet of mylar plastic shimmering in the breeze, to produce stunning images, and he did it all with the brand new Kodak Instamatic. Kodak awarded his ingenuity with a major one man exhibition in New York City, but became disinchanted when Hayes discovered a tiny flaw in the camera that ultimately contributed to its demise.

Abstract Tango is one of my most recent pieces I recorded in my new dvd that will be available soon to everyone. A new vision far away from the argentinian tradytional style of tango. I would rather say it has a flavor of it , somehow in the musical form with more abstract and modern aproach of rhythm to it. It keeps the form ABA with a faster more marcato tempo in the first section, then a second slower and more passionate part which is characteristic of a tradytional tango, returning to a da capo that can be literally the same as A or a little bit modified. "Rays of Time" is an abstract/surreal landscape painting. It measures 24 X 30 completed with acrylic paint. The actual paint time of this video is about 4 hours.
