Here is the 1996 cadillac deville with the 32v northstar V8 engine and dual exhaust. I take it for a drive for the first time to check it over before it goes on the lot. I take it through some normal city driving, do a couple of acceleration passes and check it over in depth to make sure it's perfect, and of course it was :)

Lead by the late Willy DeVille, whose unique style and inimitable gravelly voice always made them stand out from the crowd, Mink DeVille released their first album in 1977 and imediately had a huge hit with the track Spanish Stroll. By the time of this appearance at Montreux in 1982 they were touring in support of the fourth album Coup De Grace and the show features tracks from across their career to that point as well as a couple of unreleased gems including their cover of the Ben E King classic Stand By Me.

Demo of a 1996 Fender Hot Rod DeVille 212. The Hot Rod DeVille 212 is the sister of the Hot Rod DeVille, which is an amplifier that has the same circuit, but has four 10" speakers instead of two 12" speakers like this one has. Output is 60 watts. Three 12AX7 preamp tubes, two 6L6 power tubes. Two channels, "Clean" and "Drive." The Drive channel has a footswitchable boost called "More Drive" It's a big heavy amp, 54 pounds, actually heavier than its 4x10 sister, and only 2.5" shorter. All other dimensions are the same. Guitars tested: Fender Stratocaster: Mean90/S/S Epiphone Dot Studio: Gibson Burstbucker Pros SX STL50 (Telecaster): stock ceramics! PRS SE Soapbar: stock PRS soapbar P90s The pedal used is a BOSS DS-1 with the Monte Allums Rectifier mod. I find that it gives more of a Marshall JCM 800 sound than a Mesa Rectifier sound.

I was able to find this car with less than 70k original miles, and all original interior, engine, and exterior, the only thing that had been re done was a new paint job several years ago. I start up the car and see how it sounds, show the 390ci V8 and see how it sounds under acceleration.
