So that and retrojunk.com inspired me to make this video. The criteria for my top 10 is not the quality of the shows but the quality of the opening intro and Theme song. The event was organized by Bob Geldof and Midge Ure to raise funds for famine relief in Ethiopia. Billed as the 'global jukebox', the event was held simultaneously in Wembley Stadium, London (attended by 82000 people) and JFK Stadium, Philadelphia (attended by about 99000 people). On the same day, concerts inspired by the initiative happened in other countries, such as Australia and Germany. It was one of the largest-scale satellite link-ups and television broadcasts of all time an estimated 400 million viewers, across 60 countries, watched the live broadcast.

The Quiksilver All 80's All Day Vert Challenge was held in Orlando, Florida at SurfExpo on January 7th, 2011. Some of the biggest names in 80's skateboarding came out to relive the glory days of vert skating, and give the huge crowd at SurfExpo a glimpse into the past. It was a contest, a reunion, and a party all rolled into one. There were so many great stories and so much great skating we couldn't cut it down to a couple minutes.
